REBATES

For the last 12 years, PEM has worked personally with several LOCAL UTILTIY REBATE PROGRAMS (Useful Links) and other NON-UTILITY FUNDED REBATE PROGRAMS finding and securing the best program for our clients.  This continued alliance has allowed PEM to garner the most rebate monies for our clients, making their decision and investment simple.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY? – PEM  will evaluate your UTILITY BILL, make an appointment to audit your current facility’s Lighting and usage.  After the initial pre-inspection, PEM will provide a FREE written proposal with the closest approximate rebate that you might qualify for, depending on availability of funds.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVE THE REBATE? – PEM  will provide all required rebate forms filled out in advance after the approval of our agreement for you to sign.  PEM will arrange and accompany inspectors if required, for any pre-inspections and post-inspections at no cost to you, for the necessary site visits. At the completion on the project, PEM will provide the final paperwork, invoices, and documentation required for the payment of your rebate directly to you. 

WHAT FEES DO YOU PAY FOR THE REBATE PAPERWORK AND MONITORING? – PEM will provide this service at no cost to you, so that you receive 100% of the rebate towards your project’s cost, provided PEM provides the Energy Savings Lighting Upgrade or Installation of Solar Systems.

WHAT ENERGY SAVING PRODUCTS QUALIFIES FOR REBATES? – Each REBATE INCENTATIVE is different and some approved products receive less incentive than others.  It is our experience with Rebate Programs and Representatives to qualify the correct product for your application and incentive.

UTILIZING THE REBATE AS PART OF YOUR PROJECT PAYMENT? – PEM as an approved rebate vendor for some programs, can receive the Rebate Incentive as a portion of the Energy Savings Project. However, the other available rebates require payment in full prior to receiving your incentive.
