- On a Lighting Upgrade project, how long will it take to pay for the project with energy savings?
Most Lighting Upgrades pay for themselves under TWO years, depending of hours of operation and rebates.
- As a client, what do I have to qualify and receive the rebate monies?
PEM provides all the needed paperwork for you to review and sign, schedules the pre and post site inspections, and provides the final paperwork to complete the rebate applications. In some cases, PEM will take the rebate as part of the project cost. (Some restrictions apply.)
- Do the Lighting Upgrades really save money and will I save what is estimated?
PEM’s proposals provides yearly and monthly electrical savings that break down each light fixtures for its savings. In Some cases, PEM will provide a Savings Guarantee, reducing your risk and providing a positive return on your investment.
- How does the New Lighting Systems get installed without disrupting our daily operations?
PEM will work around your current operations by installing the new Energy Efficient System after hours, or as directed by your operational requirements.
- What is the expected life of the new Energy Efficient Lighting System?
As technology improves, so does the life expectancy of the components. Manufacture’s offer 5 year free replacement for the electronic ballast and 3 years for most fluorescent lamps. PEM provides a 1 year free workmanship and labor warranty for all defective products.
