1. ENERGY EFFICIENT LOW WATT FLUORESCENT SYSTEMS – Convert Standard T12 fluorescent to T8 energy saving fluorescent for sizes from 2’ to 8’ feet. PEM’s conversions include Reflectors, Ballast Covers, new Electronic ballast, and fluorescent T8 lamps (Philips 30 Watt ).
   
   
2. METAL HALIDE / HIGH PRESURE SODIUM – Upgrade your current High Bay Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium fixtures to new T5 High Bay fixtures, reducing the energy by almost 50% while maintaining and in some cases, increasing the light levels. Convert lower wattage High Pressure Sodium, Metal Halide, and Mercury Vapor fixtures to new T8 fluorescent lamps and fixtures or retro-fit the existing fixtures with screw in fluorescent with electronic ballast (Precision T5 Economy).
   
   
3. INCANDESCENT CONVERSIONS – More energy is wasted with incandescent lamps. Replace incandescent Exit Signs with LED in Red or Green with battery backup systems, eliminating bulb changes for years. Replace Reflector Incandescent (R20, R30, PAR38, and R40) with fluorescent Reflectors and electronic ballast and in some cases are undetectable from their incandescent counterparts. Replace screw in Light Bulbs (A-19 to A-21) incandescent with several inexpensive screw in fluorescent.
   
   
4. PARKING LOT AND BUILDING OUTDOOR LIGHTING – Convert existing Metal Halide, Mercury Vapor, and High Pressure Sodium to Lower Wattage and Brighter HID lamps with electronic ballast (Retro White).
