Kelly Evans
Kelly Evans founded PEM in 1993 utilizing his Engineering Degree in Laser Electro Optics to pursue his interest in Energy Saving Lighting Products and Systems. His main objective, to reduce energy consumption in all Lighting Applications, has set PEM apart from other companies, as a leader in New Technologies and Lighting System Designs. Kelly Evans is consistently working with Southern California Local Power Companies with new Technologies for approval for new and higher Lighting Rebates. Kelly Evans consistently is testing new products for the betterment of his Clients and Power Utility Companies to promote and endorse the most Energy Efficient Lighting Technologies. Kelly Evans has completed a Bachelor of Science in Laser Electro Optics for Aerospace Systems, has held a C-10 Electrical General since 1997, married for 25 years with two daughters, AYSO soccer Coach & Referee for 5 years, and active Board Member for several community associations.
David Thompson
David Thompson is an Owner and Vice President of Operation for PEM. He heads up the Lighting Maintenance and Service Operations Division for PEM. David is involved with all aspects of the operations and believes that a “hands on approach”, delivers a “high quality of service”. David is a State Certified Journeyman electrician with over 10 years experience in the lighting industry, and a combined 20 years of working in the Construction and Property Management fields. He is a member of (NALMCO) National Association of Lighting Maintenance Management Companies, and received a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. David has been happily married for over 20 years and has two teenage Daughters. He has been involved in the AYSO organization as a Coach for many years as well as a member the American Legion which helps support the local community.
Shawn O'Hara
Shawn O'Hara, Project Manager for PEM, Heads up the Lighting Retrofit Division including day to day scheduling, product procurment, and is charge of Safety and Electrical Certification Training. He also assists with bidding and hiring of personal for PEM’s Lighting Maintenance and Service Operations Division. Shawn is a State Certified Journeyman electrician with over 13 years experience in the Lighting and Electrical Industry. Shawn enjoys off road motorcycles, camping, has been happily married for 13 years and has twin daughters and a son.
